We take a deposit because you’re securing up to a full day of our time, if you couldn’t make your appointment we could not work for the booked period. This is why we ask the following…
- A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment, each customers requirement differ from each other, affecting the overall price and the deposit.
- No refunds will be given for canceled appointments.
- We’re happy to rearrange appointments at no cost to you, only if you give us at least one weeks notice.
- If you give less than 1 weeks notice, Red X Hair reserves the right to ask for a further deposit in respect of the time booked out for the appointment.
